How much does it cost to host this simulcast?
In most cases, hosting this event is absolutely FREE! If your church already owns CCN satellite equipment, all you need to do is purchase tickets to sell to the girls in your community. If your church does not have CCN satellite equipment, the equipment costs $595 and is yours to keep. HOWEVER, if your church purchases 100 tickets or more, we'll give you the equipment for FREE!

What kind of things will be discussed at the event?
How You Talk: exploring words that hurt and words that heal, controlling gossip
How You Feel: Feeling good about being who God made you to be
How You Give: Living a life a generosity
How You Choose: Choosing God's way with love, sex, and dating
How You Share the Gospel: Getting God's word out
How You Love: A guy's perspective
Not to mention, you'll get to rock out to concerts by Point of Grace, Stellar Kart, Barlow Girl, and worship leader Jaime Jamgochian!

What age range is it for?
7 th – 12 th grade girls

Do I need special equipment or a degree from MIT to host this event?
Yes, and no. You will need special CCN satellite equipment to view the simulcast. The satellite equipment includes a satellite antenna and receiver and is installed by one of our friendly technicians. After your equipment is installed, you will not need a degree from MIT to operate it. (But if you have one, well done you!) If you can turn on your television set, you can operate our equipment. It's that easy!

We're just a small church in a small town, does it make sense for us to host?
Absolutely! This is the most cost effective way to bring Point of Grace and other amazing bands and speakers to your church. In fact, we designed this event with you in mind. That's why if you purchase just 100 tickets, we'll give you the satellite equipment for FREE (a $595 value). Many small churches are joining forces with other churches in their town and finding it's easy to make the 100 ticket commitment.

How much do the tickets cost?
You'll pay just $99 for your first block of 10 tickets, and we'll throw in 2 more tickets for FREE! Tickets are $10 each after that.

I'm not a decision maker at my church, what can I do?
You might not be a decision maker at your church, but you could be the most important decision maker in the life of a young girl. The good news is that this event can be run completely by volunteers. All you need is a place to host the event. Encourage other moms of teenage girls to help you. Invite them and the decision makers of your organization to join one of our weekly conference calls to learn more about Girls of Grace Nation.

I've never even hosted a birthday party, how will I host a huge simulcast?
No worries. We'll be with you every step of the way. Not only will you be able to download all the promotional materials that you'll ever need (postcards, press release, email, power point slide, poster, flyer, bulletin insert) but we'll also give you a detailed timeline of things to have in place leading up to the big day. This is the perfect event for the hosting novice.

Do we have to sell the tickets for $10 each?
No. You can set the price of the tickets that you sell through your organization. Some may choose to charge more and include lunch or use the event as a fundraiser. However, tickets purchased online instead of through your organization will cost $10 plus a handling fee. We will post a note online that says there may be additional fees for lunch and encourage them to contact your organization for more information.

Can the girls buy CDs, books, or t-shirts at the event?
Yes! You give us a credit card number and we send you a box stuffed with goodies for the girls. You will only be charged for the merchandise that you sell. Just send back the rest.

How long does it take to get my satellite equipment?
It usually takes 2 - 3 months. Once your equipment arrives, we'll schedule a technician to install it for you. Your technician will also show you how to use the equipment. As we get closer to the event, CCN will send you instructions on how to test your equipment. Then during the event, you will have a dedicated CCN technical representative on call to assist you with any technical needs.

What time is the event?
9:00 am - 3:00 pm for Pacific and Central time zones
10:00 am - 4:00 pm for Eastern and Mountain time zones

Is there a break for lunch?
Absolutely. We believe in nourishing the body as well as the heart and soul. There will be a one hour lunch break around noon. When the simulcast pauses for lunch, you'll see a clock on your screen that will count down to the afternoon session. There will also be three or four smaller breaks throughout the day for girls to stretch their legs, talk about what they've heard, or purchase a great CD.

Can I attend the event with my daughter? As a parent, do I have to pay for tickets?
You will need to purchase a ticket if you plan to attend the simulcast with your daughter. But please know, this event is not designed as a mother/daughter event. It is a day of straight talk designed to empower and encourage young girls.

What do the parents/chaperones do during the event?
Enjoy the show, take notes, get ready to discuss what you've heard with the girls after the event.

Where is the live event?
