Nancy Ortberg Nancy Ortberg served as a teaching pastor for eight years at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. During that time she lead Network, a ministry that helps people identify their spiritual gifts and find a place of service in the church, and Axis, a weekly gathering for the eighteen-to twenty-something generation. She is a founding partner of Teamworx2, a business and leadership consulting firm that provides fast-paced, practical, and compelling sessions to leaders and their teams. Teamworx2 works with businesses, schools, nonprofits, and churches to address issues of organizational effectiveness and teamwork. Nancy is a gifted communicator who is passionate about helping people connect what they believe with their everyday lives. Nancy is the author of Looking for God: An Unexpected Journey Through Tattoos, Tofu, & Pronouns and Unleashing the Power of Rubber Bands, Lessons in Non-linear Leadership. She and her husband, John, live in the Bay Area and have three children: Laura, Mallory, and Johnny. |

Ross Parsley Ross is the loving husband of his beautiful wife, Aimee, and he is crazy about his 5 kids, Zachary, Taylor, Grace, Ethan, and Owen. He enjoys his life immensely because he lives in Colorado Springs and gets to lead worship every week at New Life Church. He works with some really incredible people who he has the privilege of calling his friends. Ross has led worship on several Integrity Music recordings including “My Savior Lives.” “I Am Free”, and his newest release, “Counting on God”. He enjoys watching the Denver Broncos, going to movies, and reading all kinds of good books. But his passion lies in training and equipping young men and women to lead worship in local churches, which is why he founded the New Life School of Worship. |

Nancy Beach A visionary leader and champion for the power of the arts and artists in the local church, Nancy Beach is known around the world as a leader and mentor of church artists and teachers. She served for more than twenty years as the programming director for Willow Creek Community Church in suburban Chicago, a congregation known for creating culturally relevant, biblically based services that make full use of the arts. Vice President of the Arts for the Willow Creek Association, she is also a teaching pastor at Willow Creek Community Church and the author of An Hour on Sunday and Gifted to Lead. |

Efrem Smith Senior Pastor of The Sanctuary Covenant Church, Efrem Smith serves close to 1,000 people with the vision to be an urban, multi-ethnic, relevant, holistic, and Christ-centered community. He is an internationally recognized leader, speaker, and consultant on diversity and multi-ethnic issues. Smith has held leadership positions in both church and parachurch organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of America and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Dan Allender Dan Allender is president of Mars Hill Graduate School in Seattle, Washington. He holds a M. Div. from Westminster Theological Seminary and a Ph.D in Counseling Psychology fro the University of Michigan. He is the author of many books including To Be Told, The Wounded Heart, The Healing Path, and Bold Love.
